Purro Wallet – Terms of Service

1) Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Purro Wallet browser extension (“Purro”, “we”, “our”, “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You represent that your use complies with applicable laws and that you are not subject to sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit use.

3) Non‑Custodial Wallet; Your Responsibilities

Purro is a non‑custodial wallet. We do not hold, control, or recover your funds, seed phrase, or private keys.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device, seed phrase, private keys, and password. Loss or compromise of these may result in irreversible loss of assets.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible once confirmed.

4) No Financial/Investment Advice

Purro is a software tool. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All actions you take using the Service are your own decisions and at your own risk.

5) dApp and Third‑Party Services

Purro enables you to connect to decentralized applications (dApps) and services (e.g., RPC providers, indexers, protocol APIs). These are not controlled by us.

Interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content, security, performance, availability, or outcomes of third‑party services.

Network fees (gas) and third‑party fees may apply and are your responsibility.

6) Software License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose as a Web3 wallet.

You agree not to: reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service; use the Service for unlawful purposes; bypass security; or use automated means that may impair or disrupt the Service.

7) Risks You Acknowledge

Using crypto and decentralized networks carries risks, including but not limited to:

• Loss of private keys/seed phrase, phishing, malware, device theft/compromise
• Smart contract bugs, protocol failures, forks, chain reorganizations
• Volatility, liquidity issues, and market risks
• RPC/provider downtime or data inaccuracies
• Regulatory changes affecting availability or legality

You accept these risks and use the Service “as‑is”.

8) Privacy and Data

See our Privacy Policy at https://purro.xyz/privacy. Purro does not custody your keys and does not execute remotely hosted code. When you use features (e.g., querying balances or broadcasting transactions), third‑party providers may process your IP and wallet address to fulfill the request.

9) Updates and Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reasonably communicated (e.g., via website or extension listing).

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PURRO OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, CRYPTOCURRENCY, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY ARISES, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purro, its affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) shall continue to apply.

14) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
